Paying by Credit / Debit Card

Glowtec use PAYPAL, NOCHEX and GOOGLE to securely process all credit and debit card payments.  There is no cost to you for this service and you do not have to sign-up or subscribe to either service. Both companies merely provide a safe means of processing a credit card payment.

Paying by Cheque / Order

If you prefer, you may also pay by cheque or postal order. Please print of your order receipt and send together with your payment, to the address provided on the order page.

Postage & Despatch

Postage is calculated automatically on checkout with most orders usually processed and despatched within 2 - 3 days of receipt. If your order is urgent, then please select the Special-Delivery option at checkout and we will  expedite your order.  In most cases we can provide a next-day delivery service, but this is not guaranteed.

Note: Special Delivery does not mean Next Day delivery from point of ordering. However It does guarantee an Insured, Next Day delivery from despatch.

International Orders

International orders do incur higher shipping costs. However Glowtec will keep these costs as low as possible. For larger / heavier orders, should there be any significant additional cost, we will advise and you have the option to cancel or pay any surcharge / insurance cost. 

Please note:  International / Overseas orders will be shipped by International Recorded Delivery or Airsure wherever possible.  If the incorrect postage is selected on order your order will be sent by the slower 'Small Packet' service.

Purchase Orders

In certain cases such as NHS, Education, Local & Central Government etc, we will accept Official Purchase Orders on a  strict 30 day settlement basis.
