Quality Guarantee We guarantee our paints and photo-luminescent pigments to be of the highest commercial grade quality available and free of any fillers or additives.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind each and every product* that we sell. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then providing the item is undamaged and unused, then you may simply return the item for a refund or replacement. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please send an email to returns@glowtec.co.uk for an RMA number and details on how to return products.

Faulty or Damaged items If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Notifications after this time will not be accepted. Please send an email to returns@glowtec.co.uk for details on how to return products.

Items ordered in error If you order a Glowtec product and then find you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange the item for you. Simply return the item unopened and unused and we will send your alternative choice by return of post. Please send an email to returns@glowtec.co.uk for details on how to return products.

Shortages Any order which is shipped incomplete, will be completed by Glowtec. We will either ship the missing items at no additional shipping cost, or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please click here for our contact details
Returns Glowtec accepts returns on its merchandise within 7 days. However, Glowtec reserves the right to refuse product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 7 days, a credit-note will be issued. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Glowtec on returned items, and Glowtec will pay the shipping charges on replacement or exchange item(s) going back. Returns within 7 days from invoice date, can be for exchange, replacement, refund or credit, at the customer's discretion. We regret we are unable to refund original postage & packaging (P&P) costs. Starglow FX Business Packages * Starglow Professional /Export Kits are individually produced as a Made-to-Order Business-to-Business package and are not sold or supplied as a retail product. Being a Business package they contain confidential, privileged information and other trade secrets not available in the public domain, most of which are the Intellectual Property (IP) of Glowtec Ltd. We therefore are unable to offer refunds or returns on any Starglow FX Professional Business offerings. If you wish to cancel your Professional or Export Business Package order prior to its shipment but after the package has been produced, there will be a 15% restocking fee. The electronically delivered Starglow FX PRO Business Builder Pack, is not refundable as it contains trade-secrets and other commercially sensitive proprietary information.
