Shipping Policy
Order Processing:Orders are usually processed and despatched within 1 - 3 days of receipt. However, if your order is genuinely urgent, please select Special Delivery and call or include a note to this effect with your order. We will then give your order top priority. Note: This does not necessarily mean that we will be able to ship your order the same day, it just means it will have priority and go to the front of the queue. All small packets and samples are shipped by first class post as standard. Larger orders may be sent Recorded / Special Delivery.

Shipping charges are now calculated automatically at checkout with orders mainly sent by Recorded Delivery. Please Note: For URGENT ORDERS. Special Delivery provides an insured next day delivery once the order has been processed.
